Garden Furniture

Students and friends helping out with the hard work.

The bases of the furniture were painted with white universal undercoat. Not a nice job but the base of the furniture gets a lot of mud on it when it rains a lot. The universal undercot provides a bit of protection to the cement and also allows easy cleaning. The cement was old and damaged and this is another way to stop it from crumbling

Jax getting her paint on!

The table tops and seats were covered in a PVA and the artwork as well. Then I sealed all the Acrylic areas with an exterior acrylic sealer.

This has brightened up the “butterfly garden” immensely. I placed a bird bath in the area too which will hopefully attract birds.
