Heads, heads and more heads

Heads, or portraits have always been something that I have loved doing.

Having done many commissioned portraits, I thought it would be fun to challenge myself to draw or paint a head every day for at least the next 2 years. 

I try not to spend more than an hour a day drawing a head, but if I have the time, then why not?

I am learning new media and styles at the same time. I work in pencil, pencil crayon, pastel pencils, watercolour, acrylic paint, ink, ballpoint pen, and gouache.

I grab my inspiration everywhere and anywhere, as this is just what many call practice art.  Then images are done in my handmade 20x20cm art journals, created specifically for this challenge.
